Summary

A down-to-earth approach to contemporary international relations
Revel™ IR: The New World of International Relations  helps students understand how the global system has shifted over the course of a century or more – and how it continues to change. Beginning with a background in world history and geography, authors Michael Roskin and Nicholas Berry highlight the fascinating and sometimes dramatic qualities of the field while giving students the knowledge to think critically about the challenges faced by the United States in an era of globalization. In addition to updated data, the Eleventh Edition covers key recent developments – especially relating to the Arab Spring and China’s claims to its nearby seas.

Revel is Pearson’s newest way of delivering our respected content. Fully digital and highly engaging, Revel replaces the textbook and gives students everything they need for the course. Informed by extensive research on how people read, think, and learn, Revel is an interactive learning environment that enables students to read, practice, and study in one continuous experience – for less than the cost of a traditional textbook.

NOTE: This Revel Combo Access pack includes a Revel access code plus a loose-leaf print reference (delivered by mail) to complement your Revel experience. In addition to this access code, you will need a course invite link, provided by your instructor, to register for and use Revel.
