Business Law: Text and Cases Legal, Ethical, Global, and Corporate Environment: 5 out of 5 stars based on 2 user reviews.

Summary

Clarkson, Miller, and Cross have put together a masterpiece. Business Law: Text and Cases – Legal, Ethical, Global, and Corporate Environment, 12th Edition is a comprehensive and student-friendly textbook, delivering a well-rounded blend of “black letter law” and up-to-date coverage of contemporary issues and cases. This text is undergraduate-oriented, but it also contains traditional law school-like content to prepare pre-law students for what lies ahead. This text is particularly efficient at making the law accessible, interesting, and relevant for readers. The twelfth edition has been updated throughout, adding analysis and developments on the latest and most appropriate law cases. Case examples are labeled as “Case in Point,” making it easy to locate and refer back to. All-new “Shifting Legal Priorities” features engage students, while encouraging critical thinking and illustrating how the law is constantly evolving. Business Law: Text and Cases is currently used by more colleges and universities than any other business law text. Roger LeRoy Miller is the lead author of this text, using his law experience and superb writing skills to create the ultimate law book. Miller is excellent at keeping the book interesting for students, while keeping the text as current as possible. Frank B. Cross coauthored Business Law, adding his diverse experience in law, publishing and teaching. Cross has written many peer-reviewed journals and several books which are widely published.
